Patient Entertainment

The Mediplan integrated entertainment system includes bedside LCD TV units giving access to all locally available Freeview TV and Radio channels with full control of the TV via the nurse call handset. The handset itself can be washed and sterilized.

Entertainment options include a 9" LCD TV mounted on an anglepoise style arm integrated into our bedhead trunking, or a 15" TFT TV carried by a wall mounted articulated arm.

The TV tuner, integrated into the nurse call system, can also deliver its video signal to a monitor located remotely from the bedhead, thus providing versatility and flexibility to room layouts.
